GET FREE SERVICES / START HERE
You’re welcome
to start here.
Ask about free nonprofit wellness services for Veterans, Military, Law Enforcement and Firefighters. You can begin with a short question; you do not need to tell your whole story in your first message.
Before you plan a visit
Free services are based on current funding available to the nonprofit.
Walk-ins are welcome. The team confirms eligibility, current funding, service availability and any screening or preparation needed. You can also call or email with questions before visiting; a walk-in does not guarantee a same-day session.
A SIMPLE WAY TO BEGIN
A short question is enough.
01 / Reach out
You can start with: “I’d like to learn about the nonprofit program. What’s the next step?” Include your name and how you’d like the team to reply. You can also ask a general question for someone else.
02 / Understand the options
Wellness options include cryotherapy, red-light sessions, compression and more. Ask which services are currently part of the nonprofit program and what participation involves.
03 / Confirm your next step
Bring identification or documentation of your qualifying service or status. For Veterans, this may include a DD214. If you’re unsure what to bring, ask the team which documents they accept. Bring documents in person; do not email identification, service records or medical records. Share any accessibility or communication needs with the team.
A useful checklist
before you travel.
- Current participant eligibility and funding availability
- Which services are offered through the nonprofit
- Appointment, screening and preparation requirements
- The correct visit location and hours
- Accessibility or communication needs

What should my first email include?
Your name, how you would like the team to reply, and a general question about the nonprofit program. Do not send medical records, diagnoses, identification documents or another person’s private information in ordinary email.
Is this the volunteer application?
This page is for service inquiries. Get Involved has a separate route for volunteering and community participation.
Can I ask on someone else’s behalf?
You can ask a general program question. Let the person decide what personal information to share, and ask the team about the appropriate next step.
How do I reach the team?
Call 727-421-2278 or use the email links on this page for service inquiries.
