PROGRAMS / WELLNESS OPTIONS

Wellness services.
Community-supported access.

Community support connects Veterans, Military, Law Enforcement and Firefighters with free wellness services through the nonprofit program.

Begin with a conversation.

The team can explain the current program, participation requirements and the steps before a visit.

Free services are based on current funding available to the nonprofit.

Explore the wellness options.

Open an option below to see what the session involves. Times describe the service-provider experience; the team confirms the nonprofit session offered, current availability, eligibility, funding and screening. Not every option suits every participant. These wellness experiences do not replace medical care.

01 / COLD

Cold-based options

Whole-body cryotherapy

Step into a chamber for a brief, intense cold-air experience. Staff explain preparation, protective clothing, communication and stopping before you enter. Shorts or underwear are suggested session clothing, but staff must confirm the protection required for the actual chamber. Confirm the cold-exposure interval and full visit length; they are not the same.

Localized or isolated cryotherapy · 10-minute appointment

A handheld device directs cooling toward a selected area, such as a shoulder, back or leg, rather than placing you in a whole-body chamber. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area and discuss coverage and privacy with staff. The 10-minute appointment does not mean continuous cooling of one skin spot. Tell the operator about discomfort and ask how to pause.

The directory includes whole-body and focused formats. Ask which format is part of the current nonprofit program and what preparation is required.

02 / LIGHT

Light-based options

Prism Light Pod · 20 minutes, lay-down format

Lie back in the light bed for broad-body red and near-infrared light exposure. This three-wavelength pod is separate from the upright Spectrum system. Staff explain positioning, clothing for the planned coverage, eye protection and how to get assistance before you settle in.

Spectrum Stand Up Light Pod · 12 minutes, upright format

Remain standing in a light booth while the system delivers light around the body. This six-wavelength system is a separate experience from the lay-down Prism bed. Discuss your ability to stand comfortably, clothing and preferred coverage, preparation and eye protection with staff.

Localized red-light sessions · targeted pads, 20 minutes

Flexible three-wavelength light pads are positioned around a selected area while you rest comfortably. Wear clothing that allows access to that area and discuss coverage and privacy. A separate light panel is another focused format; ask which localized setup is currently funded and available. Staff confirm positioning and light-sensitivity screening.

Ask about each format, what a session involves and any screening needed.

03 / TECHNOLOGY

Technology-based options

Compression · confirm session length

Sit or recline while air-filled NormaTec garments around the selected legs, arms or hips inflate and release in sequence. Comfortable clothing should work with the chosen attachment. Staff explain fit, tolerable pressure and how to stop; stronger pressure is not automatically better. Confirm the appointment length.

Pulse PEMF · 20-minute option

Sit or lie down while an applicator delivers pulsed electromagnetic fields. Staff explain positioning, accessories, controls and possible sensations for the actual setup. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Screening is important, particularly for implanted electronic devices. The team confirms nonprofit availability; wellness-device research does not establish a disease-treatment benefit for this session.

Hyperbaric · 60-minute full appointment

Enter a flexible chamber operating at 1.4 ATA. Pressure rises, stays at the selected level, then returns to normal; you may notice fullness in your ears. Guests breathe oxygen through a mask or cannula during this staff-supervised session. The 60 minutes includes the full appointment, not 60 minutes at pressure. Ask about equalizing ear pressure, communication and stopping. Follow chamber-specific clothing and prohibited-item instructions; do not assume ordinary gym clothing is suitable. This setup is not automatically equivalent to a medical hyperbaric oxygen protocol.

HOCATT · 40-minute appointment, 30 minutes in the unit

Sit in a heat-based cabinet for a multi-feature experience. Staff explain which components are used, the temperature, breathing arrangement, monitoring and how to communicate or stop. Bathing-suit-style wear is recommended; confirm suitable coverage and preparation for the actual setup. Screening depends on the enabled features. Ozone must not be inhaled; ask staff to explain containment and operating precautions. More features do not establish a greater medical benefit.

RIFE · typically 25 minutes

Begin with an explanation of the frequency-device setup: how output is delivered, whether contact accessories are used, what sensations may occur and how to stop. Comfortable clothing is a starting point; staff confirm access and preparation for the actual equipment. Evidence has not established that this service destroys pathogens or treats disease. Do not replace effective medical care or delay assessment with unproven frequency-treatment claims.

The team can explain the equipment and participation requirements in plain language before a session is scheduled.

04 / EXPERIENCE

Relaxation, heat & sensory options

Full Spectrum Sauna · confirm session length

Settle into an infrared sauna for a warm, quiet break. Confirm the permitted heat exposure, clothing and controls with staff, and know how to leave or request assistance. Comfortable shorts and a T-shirt are a starting point, not a substitute for equipment-specific preparation. Stop if the heat feels unpleasant or you feel unwell. Sweating is not proof of toxin removal.

Salt / halo room · 30 minutes

Take a seat in a private salt-room session while a halogenerator disperses dry salt into the air. Stay in regular, comfortable clothes. The room accommodates up to four people total; ask staff about any additional guests and their nonprofit eligibility and funding before arriving. Discuss breathing sensitivities, access needs and how to leave or contact staff. This is not proven treatment for a breathing condition.

Float bed · clothed and dry

Lie back on the Zerobody membrane above water for supported rest. You remain clothed and dry and do not enter the water. Wear comfortable reclining clothes. Staff explain getting on and off, positioning and ending the session; mention mobility or assistance needs. Confirm the current appointment length.

BrainTap · guided audio and light

Follow a selected audio program through a headset that also delivers light features. Staff explain headset fit, volume, light settings and stopping. Wear comfortable casual clothes and discuss glasses or headwear. Confirm the selected program and duration, and mention flashing-light or sound sensitivity before starting. This relaxation experience does not establish treatment for anxiety, insomnia or concussion.

Massage chairs · 20 minutes

Remain seated or reclined while the chair provides programmed mechanical pressure and movement. Wear comfortable clothing that lets you sit and recline without restriction. Staff explain controls and stopping; mention pressure sensitivity or help needed getting in and out. Choose tolerable pressure and speak up if movement causes pain.

Ask what each experience involves, how to prepare and which options are currently offered through nonprofit funding.
